Job Description
- Call and schedule meetings with clients and present to them details about new projects
- Providing management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products and
services. - Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
- Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
- Negotiate processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices.
- Submitting the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual results reports.
- Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for
- Closing deals, sign sales & maintaining contracts with direct customers.

Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Experience in sales and in real estate field is must (1-3 years of experience).
- Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player.
