Job Description

  • Call and schedule meetings with clients and present to them details about new projects
  • Providing management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products and
    services.
  • Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
  • Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
  • Negotiate processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices.
  • Submitting the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual results reports.
  • Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for
  • Closing deals, sign sales & maintaining contracts with direct customers.

  • Achieving sales target and executing sales strategies.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Experience in sales and in real estate field is must (1-3 years of experience).
  • Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to build report
