Job Description

  • Participate in setting the general and strategic objectives of the company
  • Setting the operational objectives of financial management in line with the objectives of the company and the business plans at the level of the department and establishing the appropriate time program to achieve them, and follow up their implementation.
  • Organizes, controls and controls the accounting system of the company, ensuring the accuracy of the accounting operations of the company
  • Conducts the necessary feasibility studies for expansions to determine the expected return and financial flows and return on investment
  • Follow-up the implementation of the general budget process of the company through coordination with all departments in this regard and the compilation and approval of the Director General at the beginning of each financial year
  • Follow-up the preparation of budgets for all departments and approval and works to apply during the financial year specified.
  • Follow-up of the process of reporting the deviations from budgets at the level of each department to take corrective action
  • Follow-up the process of notifying the concerned departments of the company of the details related to the control of the cost and expense elements and directing the head of the sector / director of the department in case of deviations from the budgets set and in case of financial deviations
  • Set up and follow-up the implementation of the credit system for all customers and the grace periods for customers and their classification according to the seriousness of payment and sales volume, and thus redefining and reviewing the credit limit of customers and the grace periods and applying the instructions to follow up payment of the company's receivables.
  • Setting the registration policy in the general accounts according to accounting standards and principles
  • Develop and approve the Accounts Manual and the main and sub-cost centers
  • Participate in the development of policy to deal with customers
  • Develop a documentary cycle for the company's payments or receivables
  • Preparation of monthly balances of various accounts and financial status of the activity periodically
  • Extracts the balance of the audit, final accounts, balance sheet and its annexes within the limits of the restricted accounting systems
  • Issuing financial analyses of the company's financial position
  • Analysis and follow-up sales of each sales department and / sales representative/customer in terms of items and revenue and profits and growth of the proportion of sales and raising periodic reports to the financial manager in preparation for discussion with the commercial department in accordance with the procedures adopted by financial management
  • Analysis and follow-up of sales of each product category in terms of revenue and profits and growth of the percentage of sales and raising periodic reports to the financial manager in preparation for discussion with the commercial department in accordance with the procedures adopted by financial management
  • Prepare periodic and analytical reports on all required accounting data on revenue, product sales, customer sales, sales/sales and customer debts, and submit them to the Director General
  • Submit periodic reports - daily, weekly and monthly - to the Director-General in accordance with the specifications and on time

Job Requirements

  • Have experience working as a financial manager in contracting.
  • Obtaining a high technical qualification appropriate - Faculty of Commerce - Accounting Department
  • To have technical knowledge and skills of technical skills and knowledge in the process of financial strategy management and technical skills and knowledge in the requirements of Egyptian accounting systems Knowledge, technical knowledge and skills of financial centre reporting, income statement, budget and performance analysis reports/company proficiency
  • Knowledge and technical knowledge of all systems and techniques of general accounting and familiarity Technical knowledge, skills development, follow-up and analysis of the estimated budget
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration and a certificate based on financial management and a certificate based on the requirements of the Egyptian accounting systems and a certificate in the preparation of financial centre reports, income statement, budget and performance analysis reports.
  • Proficiency in English: Good and at least knowledge of the technical terms of the job
  • Computer skills: proficiency - Microsoft Office software skills and skills in dealing with the electronic program of its management
  • Preferably have at least 5 years of experience in the same field of company activity (contracting work)
