Job Description
- Presales Assignments: Effectively demonstrates and presents SAP’s solutions to qualified prospects, Work with technical team when technical or product support is required, as well as Develop and make presentations of the company’s products and services to current and potential clients,
- Leads and Opportunity Management: Participating in marketing events like trade shows, convention, and seminars, Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships, Deliver Proposals, and respond to RFPs and RFIs as appropriate.
- Stay current on industry trends and maintain extensive knowledge of competitor’s product offerings
- Follows up with clients to make sure that they are satisfied with products and Services.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Job Requirements
- Experience in Similar industry is required.
- SAP knowledge is a Plus.
