Job Description
- Responsible for design stages starting from schematic design, design phase, mood boards, up to the construction working details.
- Prepare projects presentation and visualization using graphics programs 3D Max, v Ray, and Adobe Photoshop.. etc.
- Develop preliminary design and coordinate with other team members through the subsequent design stages.
- Develop conceptual design schematics for buildings including layouts and, major methods and materials of construction.
- Develop & articulate solutions based on customer’s business & technical requirements.
- Assisting the firm principally in all aspects of the project from schematic design all the way to the production of construction documents.
- Checking of documents including review for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
- Interface and coordinate with other engineering disciplines, project management, customer representatives and regulatory authorities as applicable to the project.
- Developing architecture shop drawings at different project stages.
- Preparing and reviewing quantity survey activities.
- Prepare Tender document, working drawings, shop drawings, and details.
- Coordinate with other discipline drawings
Job Requirements
- Graduate from faculty of engineering - Architectural department
- 3 years experience at least.
- A v.good command in Architectural programs(3D max - Advanced Auto-cad- Photoshop,....)
- Have good communication skills..
