Job Description
- Repair and maintain plant equipment as per the company guideline and SOPs.
- Responds to calls for emergency repairs
- Inspects work in progress
- Ensure that safe working conditions are enforced
- Evaluate work request lists to determine work priority in consulting with other engineer staff.
- Order necessary tools and supplies
- Develop tooling for the new process and evaluate existing tooling with vendors. Assist in maintenance and improvement of such tooling
- Evaluate capital equipment investments and justify them. Evaluate the causes of manufacturing problems and assist in resolving such problems.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of existing and modified manufacturing processes
- Reduce product cost while improving product quality
- Provide engineering support to other departments as they require it.
- Ensure that new products are properly introduced and manufactured efficiently from the engineering perspective.
Job Requirements
- Bch. of Engineering (Mechanical ).
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of maintenance requirements.
- Logic thinking.
- Decision maker.
- Team player
- Basic of Leadership skills
