Job Description
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
- Administer health and life insurance programs.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
- Post Job Openings.
- Screen Job Candidates.
- Run Background Checks on Potential Employees.
- Maintain Relationships with Businesses and Potential Hires.
Job Requirements
Education:
- 1-3 years of Experience.
- Faculty of Commerce - English section or any relevant field.
- Preferred Universities: Ain Shams, Cairo, Helwan, AAST.
Experience:
- Successful work experience as a Human Resources Specialist, officer, administrator or other HR position.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
Skills:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making.
- Computer proficiency.
