Job functions
- Follow up the implementation of all processes related to the good performance of the work in front offices
- Guide and Monitor the performance of reception personal
- Receiving customers in a professional manner and directing them as appropriate.
- Receive all inquiries and complaints from customers and respond quickly.
Job Requirements
Terms of employment
- Certificate from a recognized university.
- Experience of not less than five years in hotel management, hospitality, or related specialization.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- The age at the time of appointment range 30 - 45
