Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain an outstanding customer experience that would maximize the happiness of customers on the app.
- Support customers by chat and phone to answer their inquiries to help them in their businesses, and report any area of development.
- Communicate with other departments to solve customer's requirements.
- Increase the retention rate % of existing customers.
- Achieving an average Customer Happiness rating of 4.5 out of 5
- Monitoring and evaluating the whole customer experience through the Coordinator’s communications with the customers and reporting any areas of improvement to the relevant team.
- Represent the Nozol's solution to the customers, and updating them with the product updates.
Job Requirements
- 0-1 years of professional experience, SaaS, technology or client management preferred.
- Very good in ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent in English ( Speaking, reading, writing) is MUST.
- Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter approach to work.
- Able to analyze issues and develop a clear action plan
- Able to work individually and build partnerships that foster teamwork
- Comfort with technology and the ability to discuss basic Internet technologies.
