Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain an outstanding customer experience that would maximize the happiness of customers on the app.
  • Support customers by chat and phone to answer their inquiries to help them in their businesses, and report any area of development.
  • Communicate with other departments to solve customer's requirements.
  • Increase the retention rate % of existing customers.
  • Achieving an average Customer Happiness rating of 4.5 out of 5
  • Monitoring and evaluating the whole customer experience through the Coordinator’s communications with the customers and reporting any areas of improvement to the relevant team.
  • Represent the Nozol's solution to the customers, and updating them with the product updates.

Job Requirements

  • 0-1 years of professional experience, SaaS, technology or client management preferred.
  • Very good in ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent in English ( Speaking, reading, writing) is MUST.
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter approach to work.
  • Able to analyze issues and develop a clear action plan
  • Able to work individually and build partnerships that foster teamwork
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to discuss basic Internet technologies.
