Job Description
- Follow up the execution of daily/weekly/monthly objectives for each job and communicate them to operators
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow the SOP’s.
- Work on improving the efficiency of operators and machines.
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy according to company policies.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Monitor and report daily all relevant KPI details to Heads of Department.
- Monitor and analysis the excess and shortages of orders and set an action plan to overcome the reasons.
- Follow up with quality team and maintenance team the plan of calibration of machines and splicers.
- Follow up with Maintenance team the schedule of Preventive maintenance and the execution.
