Job Description

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Keep Track of Customer Conversations
  • Satisfy customer’s daily orders &requirements; ensure customers deliveries commitment done within the agreed period.
  • Transferring sales data to purchase order
  • Manage and develop sound business relationships with customers & business partners.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction to support sales growth.
  • Work closely with sales force to ensure customers’ needs.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, word
  • Customers and People management skills.
  • Result orientation and drive for action.
  • Teamwork skills.
