Job Description
- Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
- Analyzing data collected and recording results
- Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
- Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
- Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger
- Comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
- Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required
- Monitoring and controlling of the imported acquisitions of Trading materials, spare parts & assets.
- Monitoring the stock flow of Trading materials and spare parts
- Preparing the stock movement sheets of trading products per warehouse.
- Assuring the stock movement sheets compliance with the inventory equation.
- Determine the monthly inventory balances.
- Determine the cost of goods sold.
- Prepare monthly report of the warehouses, explaining the quantities and actual cost per item.
- Review the cost and pricing of furniture items and quantity for projects.
- Making analysis for projects to determine profit margin percentage and ability to create and present a clear image of company in all projects.
- Providing reports which show the profit and loss for projects.
- Follow up the projects and shipments (supplies from stores and control on them).
- Provide support to all departments specially the sales department in pricing.
- Preparation of Journal Entries for Monthly Activity.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Maximum age 28
- Technical expertise in using MS applications.
- Work experience in ERP accounting systems is preferable
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Banking knowledge is preferable.
- Should hold strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
