Job Description
Overview: You are responsible for the maintaining and growing large-group business revenue streams for the trampoline park through building relationships with education organizations such as schools, nurseries, clubs..etc. Your role entails full awareness of all service and product offerings available and the development of new offerings in coordination with management and the board.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve key revenue targets from large group deals
- Oversee all group bookings to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Attend group bookings regularly to keep touch with clients and receive live feedback
- Meet regularly with park management and board for coordination and updates
- Maintain and build solid relationships with all target customers in person, or via phone and email
- Run a thorough Customer Relaxations Management system
- Maintain full awareness of all services, products and procedures
- Help create new offerings and BD strategies in coordination with management and the board
Job Requirements
- 3+ years with Retail / Leisure / Education / Sports management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Languages: English + Arabic
- Extensive commercial and business development skills
- Excellent people skills and relationship management
- Ability to balance the needs of customers and park simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient budgeting and arithmetic skills
- Background in accounting and administration are a plus
- Excellent computer, internet and social media knowledge
