What do we need from you? As a Senior Account Manager (French):

  • You will use your natural sales talents and French proficiency to manage our current account relationships - including Global 1000 companies - on behalf of our portfolio of software companies.
  • We will entrust to you our most challenging and largest customer relationships.
  • We offer you the world – a senior global sales role in the technology industry; a combination of challenging “big deal” sales and sales management.

You may be the ONE if you are:

  • A fantastic communicator, proficient and effective in spoken and written English and French, with valuable customer relationship experience.
  • Able to produce even when things are moving fast and nobody’s telling you what to do

  • Not thrown off balance by the occasional angry customer.
  • That irresistible combination of aggressive, likeable, relentlessly positive, and fearless.

We also might need you to teach others. You might manage not only sales, but also a team of less experienced account managers. If this is you, you’ll have no problem with hiring and firing, coaching and management, performance measuring and reporting, and process management.


What we need to see in your background:

  • Experience in sales or customer relations
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office 2007 or higher and Google Docs
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, and you must have reliable access to a quiet work environment (loud children and pets reliably occupied elsewhere), high-speed Internet, a good headset, at least 2 GB of RAM, and Skype with video webcam


Total compensation is US$30/ hr for a full-time, 40-hour work week. There is a $1000 fixed-price payment for the assessment period briefly described under “To qualify”, below, if that assessment leads us to hire you for this position.

To qualify, show us who you are. First, please provide a resume/ CV demonstrating the required experience and skills. From there, to help us find the top 1% of talent, we ask that you first complete a relatively short online skills test. If you meet the minimum standards, you will be sent a “call back” where we will ask you to complete a one-week assessment. This step is designed to assess your skills and your ability to perform functions relevant to our needs. It will also give you a chance to see what the job will be like. The activity is strictly a test and is not a work product that we will use in any way. Your efforts on this assignment will give our hiring managers an example of your work to evaluate against the work of other candidates so we can determine if we should bring you on-board for this full-time position. We are looking for the best of the best, but even though you may not get this trial assignment quite right, if you show great potential, gTeam may have other positions for you.
