About the Job
  • Handle queries and ensuring accurate information is given to the customer about the services and upsell value added services like SMS and courier etc.
  • Accurate Data check & entry of documents and records
  • Adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Ensure Adherence to the Process in order to reduce the number of reprocesses, basis the errors highlighted by back office and mission
  • Accuracy and Quality of the application
  • Reprocess: No. of errors identified by the mission should be zero.
  • Accuracy & quality of applications. No. of errors accurately identified and corrected.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Passport reconciliation Report: Audit the Out Scan/ In Scan report to ensure all passports are accounted for.
  • Ensure all passports are out scanned from Hub to Mission/ Hub to Spoke, and in scanned once received from the Mission.
  • Ensure urgent applications are identified.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in use of computers - MS Office
  • Written & Spoken Skills (English, Arabic) & typing speed of at least 25 wpm with 90% accuracy.
  • Typing speed might vary for an Arabic speaking country.
  • University graduate
  • 1 year or above - experience in customer service

  • Contract period is 3 months to be renewed based on business need.
