Job Description
- Receiving mail and storing files and documents and scheduling appointments
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Maintain agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Organizing, servicing and attend meetings (producing agendas and keep minutes)
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Job Requirements
- Excellent in English
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
