About the Job
  • Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
  • Manage customers' accounts.
  • Follow up on customer interaction
Job Requirements
  • Prefer Females.
  • Excellent Command of English Language.
  • Preferred to have two years’ experience in customer service ( Medical Account)
  • Knowledge of internet usage (browsing), good knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
  • Ability to troubleshoot key issues
  • Familiar with how to use popular search engines and navigate different social media platforms
