Job Description

  • Provide recent market trend and solutions
  • Manage the HR life cycle implemented on the solution to continuously audit data Integrity.
  • Mange HR Team activities and operation
  • Ensure that, Solutions are implemented as designed and as per business expectation.
  • Manage system enhancements, changes, and new release implementation in order to fulfill the needed business requirements.
  • Ensure optimization of all HR solutions’ features, identify new opportunities for workflow enhancements and productivity, and recommend best practices based on interactions with the user community.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in using ERP - MenaITech
  • Ability to effectively engage senior IT and business leaders
  • Able to influence IT and business stakeholders to balance competing interests for optimal outcomes
  • Human Resource Solutions awareness and implementation experience
  • Project management experience.
  • Retail industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
