Job Description
- Using Amadeus facilities Master Price, Profile plus... etc.
- Re-validation, Reissue and Refund
- Following Queue
- Issuing travel insurance
- Have an experience with reservations groups domestic and international
- Interact with clients over Phone, Email, social media and Life chat.
- Closing sales and follow up with clients "using above channels”.
- Sell and cross-promote our services.
- Provide superior customer service and offer excellent advice for customers to help them select the right hotel.
- Handle inbound and outbound holidays packages for groups and individuals.
- Researching travel information and using market research information to guide decisions.
- Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of vouchers.
- Advising clients & provide general or specific advice about different travel destinations.
- Drawing up complicated & tailored travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needs of the customers are met.
- Making arrangements for Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities inside & outside Egypt.
- Planning and advertising different promotions.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues.
- Evaluating customers’ holidays, issuing appropriate feedback form and assuring client's satisfaction.
Job Requirements

- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Experience 5 years in the field of tourism.
- Males- Females.
- Maximum age is 35 years old.
- Strong basic computer skills.
