Interact with customers by providing them all information in response to their queries, concerns, requests in addition to data entry and/or reviewing applications and all required documents for the concerned Mission.
Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor
Greet and acknowledge each customer
Assist customers where possible
Deal directly with customers either face to face, electronically or by telephone
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Comply with set standards of customer service (e.g. quality of speech, handling queues, emails, etc.) and interact with the applicants in order to ensure customer confidence, satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and escalate priority issues
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Maintain data protection and confidentiality.
Attends and participates in staff meetings and in-service training sessions.
Employee must be able to perform work quickly, yet, efficiently during peak periods
