About the Job

Primary Responsibility:

  • Interact with customers by providing them all information in response to their queries, concerns, requests in addition to data entry and/or reviewing applications and all required documents for the concerned Mission.

Role specifics:

  • Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Greet and acknowledge each customer
  • Assist customers where possible
  • Deal directly with customers either face to face, electronically or by telephone
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Comply with set standards of customer service (e.g. quality of speech, handling queues, emails, etc.) and interact with the applicants in order to ensure customer confidence, satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain data protection and confidentiality.
  • Attends and participates in staff meetings and in-service training sessions.
  • Employee must be able to perform work quickly, yet, efficiently during peak periods
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent in Italian, English and Arabic and other additional languages as an advantage
  • Knowledge of customer service etiquette and practices
  • Data entry and typing skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service, maintenance of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently.
