Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Generating new leads and open new channels with potential clients.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately,
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Drive client retention, renewals, up-selling and client satisfaction
- Achieve the goal of each quarter sales.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout campaigns.
- Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing
- Adhere to established processes and workflows, as it relates to social media and creative execution .
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Performing a monthly full sales report with all activities, Sales Pipeline and % of Target achievement.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Sales Skills is Must
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- 2+ years’ experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
- Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks
- Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations
