Job Description
- Responsible for all corporate legal affairs
- Organizing the authorities, licenses, permits and other official entities procedures),
- Introduce legal advice to different departments (Financial, sales and Technical), drafting, reviewing and negotiating all type of contracts in (Arabic & English)
- Cooperate with the top management to legally enhance the group policies and regulations.
- To ensure that the organization has adhered to the constitution and by-laws as well as the laws and regulations of the country.
