About the Job

Main Purpose:

Managing or performing the administrative services, responsible for supervising the facilities cleanliness, collecting and selling the wastes


  • Responsible for following up and supervising the facility cleanliness
  • Managing and distributing for the daily work among the workers and ensure completion of their work
  • Responsible for issuing the purchasing orders for cleaning materials, buffet supplies and uniform for workers in the administration department.
  • Assist in preparing the Annual Budget
  • Organizing the wasted materials and managing its selling process
  • Coordinating with various departments to transfer devices and other assets to different department
  • Responsible for the release and distribution of cleaning materials, buffet supplies and uniforms based on the work need and reporting its consumption rate.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree

Experience: 3-5 years of similar field experience

Languages: Moderate knowledge of English language

Computer Skills:

  • MS Word Skills Basic
  • MS Excel Skills Basic
  • MS PowerPoint Intermediate
  • MS Outlook Skills Basic

Working Conditions:f

Working Days: 5 Days/week [Sunday Till Thursday]

Days Off: Two days/Week [Friday and Saturday]

Working Hours: From 07:30am till 04:00pm.

Working Environment: 80% of standard office work, 20% outdoors.
