Job Description:
The offered job consists of 3 main tasks:
- Sales: Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close.
- Account managing: Develops and implements agreed plans which will meet both personal and company goals of expanding the customer base.
- Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
- Marketing: Assists in market research, product development, promotions. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various plans and objectives.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Sells consultation and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers for their accounts receivables issues.
- Provide prospect/customer with price quotations and ensure there is a full understanding of the parameters regarding the company’s scope of work.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Assists in the creation and implementation of company marketing plans.
- Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
- Proactively establishes and maintains effective working team relationships with all support departments.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Work experience in Marketing/Sales/Account Management is a plus.
- Very Good English command.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills (MS office)
- Internet Oriented
