FilKhedma is like Uber for home services example plumbing, carpentry,...etc. A very important part of the business is selecting and training the right plumbers, carpenters,...etc. As a recruitment and training specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Working on existing database of technicians to attract new applicants
- Finding new sources to grow the database
- Schedule interviews with technicians
- Select the best candidates
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Handle the on board process
- Handling all the training sessions by preparing the materials, presentations and conducting the training to the technicians
- Handles all related staff social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required
- Handles staff attendance
- Helps in Monthly payroll reports
Job Requirements
- Experience from 2-4 years in Recruitment and training blue collars
