Job Description

  • Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials.
  • Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
  • Develop training resources and facilitate groups of trainees in learning how to use the institutional online learning management system.
  • Work with a team to establish a plan for online course/curriculum development.
  • Maintain and update training records.
  • Act as an ambassador for online learning.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Communicate organizational policies and procedures.
  • Support and help trainees in their day to day E-learning needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field a must.
  • Experience with instructional design or training.
  • Previous work experience in an educational institution is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
  • Aptitude to learn new software packages, applications and services.
  • Highly developed customer service mentality.
  • Highly organized.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to work collaboratively with other internal teams.
  • Able to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Linguistic background is preferred.
  • Good knowledge in CAT tools is preferred.
  • Very good coaching and presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge with data gathering, analysis, and reporting techniques.
  • Highly attention to details.
  • Able to work effectively with a cultural diversity environment.
