Job Description
- Design surveys questionnaires based on a clear methodology and international standards.
- Conduct awareness sessions in regular basis for employees on the importance of participating in the surveys.
- Analyze the data by using statistical techniques.
- Prepare a wide range of reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly and incident reports) based on different methodologies (PTM, Top 2 boxes & Overall scores)
- Implementation of surveys required by the management to measure satisfaction with the events, workshops, conferences and services.
- Continuously review and update the surveys to ensure conformity with company’s strategic plans and objectives.
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent from a recognized university in research
- 5+ years’ experience in the surveys field
- Experience in the surveys systems and standards in UAE
- Knowledge of Dubai government excellence codes & programs like Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) is a plus
- Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
