Job Description
- Maintain and initiate products code base
- Developing and automating new applications
- Leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Create and deliver the database schema design
- Develop web applications using PHP & JS
- Follow and enforce coding standards and best practices (PSR-1)
- Convert business requirements into detailed development plan
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Science, Math, or Software Development.
- 5+ years of web development experience
- Hands-on development / architecture background and comfortable leading a team working with a PHP, TypeScript / JavaScript, HTML5, PaaS
- Experience integrating application via APIs with other platforms
- Experience with web application security concepts
- Familiarity in developing Cloud applications PHP OOP development experience in an MVC framework, and an understanding of various design patterns.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of MySQL or similar databases. REST API implementation experience along with knowledge in best practices
- Keen advocate of CI/CD, Agile and other engineering best practices
- Experience of mentoring and growing technology and development teams
- Ability to delivery enterprise products to budget and time
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid knowledge with Bitbucket, Jenkins, GCP, AWS and related
