Job Duties:
- Assist new sales in their work.
- Weekly reports and follow-ups.
- Assist in HR interviews.
- Moderating Facebook, Linkedin, and social pages.
- Hand out employee applications.
- Assist our team on and off premises
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer telephones, take accurate requests and complains, and forward to appropriate staff.
- Manage the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
- Organize and maintain common areas such as conference rooms.
- Assist with clerical duties when required to support departmental needs (copying, scanning, and filing).
- Gathering and following up costumers requests.
- Arrange all database records and documents in order that facilitates team operations
Job Requirements
- Presentable females from 25 to 35 years old.
- Good knowledge of different social media platforms and technology
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Must exhibit a professional and polished telephone manner.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure.
- Highly organized and detail focused.
- Collaboration skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office programs
