Job Description

  • Receive inquiries and complaints received from customers and deal with them to suit the sensitivity of the nature of his work.
  • Receiving all inquiries and complaints received from customers and the speed of response to them
  • The good dealings with the complainant or the complainant according to the nature of the query or complaint and in order to fit the status of the institution
