Job Description
- Managing all office operations work including (Maintenance, Facilities, Stationary, Supplies..)
- Managing and handling company assets (Purchase / Maintenance)
- Handling travel requests (flight bookings, car rentals, issuing visas, hotel bookings, etc.)
- Handling insurances (Medical & Social)
- Organizing internal & external events and staff Meetings
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in operations department
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant Field
- Excellent English (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Power point, Word)
- Presentable
- Independence and flexible
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
