Job Description

  • Collects and summarize reports from commercial team to be presented at Business Review Meetings & Executive meetings.
  • Collect and summarize commercial team achievement to be presented to direct manager.
  • Summarize the collected reports to be easily understands to ensure proper action / decisions.
  • Attend commercial team meetings to assist in (call for meeting, organize it, and prepare minutes of meeting report).
  • Follow up status of achievement on last meeting with all related employees / managers.
  • Keep all history of commercial department reports to generate through tailor-made reports over a certain period of time.
  • Design reports and presentations as needed to be presented to direct manager.
  • Analyze and Summarize IMS’s Data to be presented at Executive Meetings
  • Analyze & Visualize Commercial Department Data to be presented to direct manage.
  • Visualize other Departments data to be presented in Board Meetings and Executive committees.
  • Verify & Compare received data from different resources to ensure its accuracy and enable (accordingly) stakeholders to make valid decision.
  • Analyze both Commercial Department & IMS data facilitate decision making process and to analyze root causes for different aspects & issues in both IMS & Commercial Data (Trend Analysis)
  • Analyze IMS Data in Rare Items to suggest “Rare Items Target” to all SRMs.
  • Develop frequent reports regarding the achievement and obstacles to be submitted to direct manager.
  • Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline, Commerce is more preferable
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in related field.
  • Knowledge of Visualizing Tools (Ex: MS Power BI) is a plus
  • Very Good Reporting and follow-up skills
  • Very Good analytical & visualizing Skills.
  • Well organized and Follow up skills.
  • Excellent planning, presentation and communication skills.
  • Good command of English language
