Job Description
- Identifying new sales leads
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Market research
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals

- Able to set and implement digital marketing campaigns
- Setting business growth plans inside and outside Egypt and contacting different target markets
- Make feasibility study and market analysis for current and new services and projects
Job Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a training company (Corporate or public)
- Has experience dealing with youth programs (schools and universities)
- Has experience in event and conference planning
- Fluent in English
- Great communication skills
- Great presentation skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Has excellent networking and connections in the training field
