Job Description
- Manage multiple accounts;develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points.
- Drive client retention, renewals, up-sells and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the creation team on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up,receipt of creative or Ads, trafficking.
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Senior account manager.
- Business acumen,sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities,balancing client deliverable on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
- Strong analytical and organization skills.
- A well command of using MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- ERP software is a plus.
