Front Desk Officer (Temp) - Matruh

Note: Work location is Almaza Bay- Marsa Matrouh.

Main Job Duties:

• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Greet and welcome guests.
• Communicate guests’ requests and complaints to the appropriate department.
• Provide guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities in or outside the property.
• Work on the travel preparation of Managers.
