Job Description

We are looking for an Office Manager to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, She will be responsible for:

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
  • Handle the vendors relevant to the administrative department (stationary).
  • Maintain inventories and stationary supplies.
  • Hotel and plane tickets reservations.
  • Handle and follow up on the business cards as well as the publications giveaways, promotional items and PR issues.
  • Handle personal matters for the top management.
  • Handle the petty cash and minor office expenses.
  • Arrange for meetings and events.
  • Responsible for conference calls.
  • Assist the HR Department in some work related to the annual leave plans.
  • Normal day-to-day secretarial work and perform other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
