Job Description
- Create new opportunities, with the new customers and existing customers.
- Provide the customers with new quotations and negotiate them.
- Maintain long-term relationship servicing existing customer and build new relationships with new customers.
- Create sales order to provide them to the customers.
- Deliver Sales Presentations to high-level executives.
- Follow up with the customers as after sales service.
- Prepare all the tenders documents and follow up the deadlines of the tenders.
- Handle all sales operation process inside the company “end-to-end process”.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach potential customers through cold calling, face-to-face meetings and through web-mail applications
- Solve Customer problems and complaints and reach resolution to reach satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply the manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Follow up with the collection team and logistics team and for illustrating due date. .
- Update Management (CRM) with all details on the Customers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managed printing services and business supplies.
- Has demonstrated hands-on level skills in PC's and laptops
- A proven track record of success and overachieving on revenue targets
- Has the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and clients.
- Candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good Command of English language.
