Job Description
- Responding to queries via Ticketing system, email, or phone.
- Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues.
- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.
- Maintain security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Implement scheduled SW checks and backup plan.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work in team.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in System Administration field.
- B. Sc. degree in computer science from a reputable discipline.
- MCSA is a must.
- Age: from 26-30.
- Males only.
- Lives near Nasr City area.
