Job Description
- Follow-up all maintenance work of equipment, devices and machines with operating companies.
- Approve technical assays for maintenance.
- Implement the periodic maintenance schedule for equipment and devices in commercial malls.
- Follow-up of regular maintenance programs and supervision of the maintenance company malls.
- Provide monthly reports on maintenance work in commercial malls.
- متابعة جميع أعمال الصيانة للأجهزة والمعدات مع شركات التشغيل.
- اعتماد المقايسات الفنية للصيانة.
- تنفيذ جدول الصيانة الدورية للمعدات والأجهزة بالمراكز التجارية.
- متابعة برامج الصيانة الدورية والإشراف على أداء شركة الصيانة الخاصة بالمراكز التجارية.
- تقديم تقارير شهرية عن أعمال الصيانة بالمراكز التجارية التابعة للشركة.
Job Requirements
- Bs. degree in Engineering (c \ Mechanic).
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office.
- High attention to details.
- Good Command of English language.
