Job Description
- Follow the monthly schedule of clinics
- Follow up the work of the staff and supervisors of the reception
- Follow up attendance of agents and supervisors
- Supervising the training of new employees
- Supervising the distribution of agents according to the needs of work
- Solving the internal problems of the department
- Solving the problems of patients in clinics
- Follow-up of employees and supervisors general appearance (behavior and dealing with patients)
- A daily report on the delays of doctors
- A monthly report (laboratory, radiation, operations, doctors' delays and apologies for the month, cash return)
- Follow the league of the trend to know the extent to achieve
- Daily rounds to all clinics to ensure the organization of the work
- Follow up with the service coordinators and the OR coordinator to achieve the desired goal of their work is to increase the rate of referral services from OPD.
- Follow-up financial mistakes of employees in credit companies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Job location and residency: Maadi
- Excellent interactive communication skills (verbally –written).
- Highly Customer oriented and anticipation skill
- Ability to work under continuous stress.
- Excellent level of commitment, accuracy and urgency.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to identify, define, analyse and prioritize problems and situations, and develop appropriate solutions.
