Job Description
Job Purpose
The content development unit is seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to manage the creation and publication of content. You will be working closely with content developers, editors, translators, software developers, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality content in a timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leading the development of educational content that may include, but is not limited to, the creation of questions, solutions, and videos, as well as their Arabic and French translations
- Overseeing, coordinating, and providing consultation and technical support for online content development
- Managing curriculum development to deliver pedagogically rich content
- Coordinating with software developers and designers to help create and optimize content creation tools and systems
- Leading different content development teams and monitoring their progress through well-defined milestones
- Using procedure and style guides to ensure consistency across all content
- Managing project execution so it adheres to schedule and scope
- Managing content development activities and ensuring that the highest quality standards are being maintained
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, instructional design, or any relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in the e-learning and digital education industry
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
- Solid mathematical background
- Familiarity with digital content management platforms
