Job Description
Oversee the implementation of the cost controls functions for all Kahromika projects
- Direct Kahromika cost control staff to implement the cost control functions for all projects through tender and construction phases in terms of budget, cost, productivity and consistency of projects financial information database.
- Manage and support preparation of Kahromika cost plan and cash flow.
- Direct and propose continues improvement in cost controls cycle, results and reporting system.
- Responsible for the development of Kahromika construction benchmarking and productivity manuals in coordination with relevant parties.
- Responsible for review and analyze multi-project reports to illustrate the related performance in terms of cost, budget, productivity and projects’ information database, provide highlights and recommendations to top management as required.
- Act as a Business Partner to all project managers to support and advice to maximize the efficiency of projects financial performance.
- Follow up with Cost Controls Managers to ensure and enhance project management performance through issuing relevant reports, analysis, clarifying areas of concern and proposing corrective actions.
- Control and assure the standardization of all Kahromika projects cost information complies with cost controls department standards.
