Job Description
Job Summary:
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the yearly manpower planning & implementation to attract the best calibers, Bring the best practices in interviewing, Testing & selecting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement the manpower plan on time
- Follow/ review the recruitment policies & Processes and ensure communicate it to all line managers
- Monthly follow up reports and analysis on the plan implementation status
- Follow up on the Turnover %
- Conduct exit interview and analyze reasons and suggest improvement actions
- Build relationship with recruitment agencies and create different recruitment channels
- Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate records
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in the recruitment field
- HR certificate/diploma is a must
- Excellent command of the English language
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
