Job Description
- Responsible for having a pool of potential candidates through keeping an updated database of current CVs received from different sources
- Responsible for arranging interviews with the candidates and the managers.
- Prepare Job Descriptions to all newly hired and ensure that each employee receives his own JD in addition to updating the Job Descriptions for all promoted and transferred employees.
- Assist in the Training & Development process
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Do different activities on the HR system
- Responsible for handling the resignation process for resigned employees.
- Assist in the execution of training activities for FMFC staff
- prepare different HR letters and documents
- Assist in overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system
- Maintain HR data tools, reporting, and dashboards. Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports. Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in an HR role.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
