Job Description

  • Answer and screen any incoming phone calls from our customers (end users) while providing basic information when needed.
  • Make outbound calls to our customers (end users).
  • Create new leads from incoming calls on CRM before being forwarded to Sales department.
  • Update the sales manager with the service level incoming complaints.
  • Handling inquiries completely and accurately
  • Ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements

  • Communication skills.
  • Presentable
  • High level of commitment
  • Ability to solve problems
  • English speaker
  • Telecommunication background – 1 year at least
  • Male
  • Able to work a night shift in Ramadan
