Job Description
- Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions.
- Maintain and update inventory records.
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures
- Monitor the items transfers cycle and assure the accuracy of the figures on system from the quantitative and qualitative prospective.
- Implement a loss prevention program.
- Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary.
- Prepare a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products.
- Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, ensuring quantities that appear in the system are accurate for planning of purchase, promotions and marketing activities.
- Ensuring adequate inventory of product in accord with inventory cycle.
- Coordinates and manages periodic and sudden physical counts, investigate the discrepancies and reconcile it.
- Preparation of monthly consignment sales report to be submitted to supplier.
- Preparation of costing sheet for the imported shipments .
- Assure that the received quantities are matching with the what ordered in the PO’s from the quantitative and qualitative prospective, and verifying that it’s free of defects .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting .
- Excellent Computer Skills and ERP acknowledge .
- Retail Background is a must .
- Age between 23 to 26 .
