Job Description
- Screen CV's, interview and select candidates for recruitment.
- Carry out all employees queries and requests concerning, vacations, permissions, overtime, expenses, etc...
- Prepare payroll deductions and expenses to be submitted to Finance by end of each month cycle.
- Prepare and book Training schedules throughout the year, for all Gamma Security staffs members.
- Update company policies and work on day to day aspects to enforce company policies.
- Prepare all kind of HR documentation, HR Letters, embassy letters, warning letter, etc...
- Act as a focal point of contact between Management & Gamma Security Staffs members.
- Prepare HR Function yearly budget and monitor spendings throughout the year, in order to comply with estimated and approved budget.
- Prepare company's employees activities, coordinate and implement them in the best way possible.
- Prepare employees exit procedures, include legal documentation, final settlements, assets handover, etc...
