Job Description

Job Summary

  • To take the business forward providing vision, inspiration and professionalism of the highest standard.
  • Achieve the maximization of profits and return on investment over the long term by the prudent and efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and lowest rate of defection by building the distributor’s reputation and relationships.
  • To create, maintain and develop distributor policies and strategies.
  • To control cash and working capital effectively within limits set by the Board of Directors.
  • To seek out new ways to increase and develop business opportunities, new and additional products and to work towards maintaining the distributor’s competitive edge.
  • To create and maintain an environment where all management and employees develop and excel. Lead the Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Staff Functions (CFO Managed) to achieve top performance.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Manage and lead the organization in order to accomplish the business & financial results established with the BOD.
  • Ensure all functional areas achieve profit targets, maintain margins and control expenses as detailed in budgets and business plans.
  • Develop long-range plans for business growth.
  • Ensure that overheads, costs and expenses are minimized by carefully controlling and utilizing all resources effectively.
  • Closely examine all management accounts, daily and weekly operating controls, key performance indicators and composite figures in order to assess distributor’s performance and to achieve stated financial objectives.
  • Ensure that the management team provides effective coaching and feedback to the organization.
  • Ensure all the organization is organized to provide effective customer service.
  • Ensure a continuous improvement process culture throughout the organization coupled with personnel development.
  • Business growth (products and services) in the key sectors and products lines established.
  • Ensure a correct implementation of the distributor programs and strategies in the market.
  • Develop and monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures related to health, safety, environment, brand, and product integrity.
  • Demonstrate/support ethical business conduct with the management team as they establish the ethical culture for the organization.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA (e.g. Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or Engineering) is a must.
  • Master Degree in Business is preferred.
  • 10-15 years Sales, Operational, and Marketing Experiences.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a general management position.
  • Excellent organizational time management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Excellent command of English (Verbal and Written).
