Job Description
- Monitor the instructors during class visits to maintain any technical issues.
- Provide covering plans in case of vacations and violations.
- Work closely with the operation team if needed.
- Work on providing new materials and exams.
- Handle clients’ technical complaints.
- Provide a positive work environment.
- Make monthly appraisals and delivering their feedback for each instructor.
- Help instructors with curriculum preparation and providing them with new ideas.
- Counsel technical surveys’ analysis and deliver feedback.
- Hold meetings to deliver policies and updates.
- Manage the team.
- Follow up on different instructors’ responsibilities.
- Create and updating schedules.
- Collect the supplies list needed by every round.
- Develop newly hired instructors to enhance their performance.
- Cover classes when needed.
Job Requirements
- BA in a related college is a must (Alsun, Arts, etc.)
- Postgraduate studies in education or linguistics are preferable.
- A certificate in teaching (CELTA, PCELT, FELT, TEFL, etc.)
- Previous teaching experience.
- Previous managerial experience.
- English fluency is a must.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and organization skills.
- Flexibility and commitment are required.
