Job Description

  • Maintaining our proprietary, high-performance index platform.
  • Analyzing and solving operational issues.
  • Gathering and analyzing data to evaluate business transactions and processes.
  • Supporting and conducting tests of platform changes.
  • Continuously identifying and implementing optimization opportunities within our processes.
  • Back-testing of new systematic investment strategies.
  • Collaborating with our Data Solutions team on the optimization/further development of our database.

Job Requirements

  • Academic degree in Economics, Business Information systems or equivalent.
  • Innovative mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Being a good team player.
  • Affinity for capital markets and various financial instruments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and night shifts upon agreement.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage workloads effectively in a pressured environment.
  • Relevant work experience in the finance industry (i.e. equity trading, trust business, middle office, back office) is a plus.

Skills:

  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Ability to effectively manage stressful situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Logical and structured approach.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
